Gardenscape Ltd. is a retail company offering fine garden tools and accessories for discriminating gardeners. Our goal is to provide quality garden items that are functional, unique and well-priced.

We believe that everyone should be able to experience the joy of gardening regardless of age or ability. Over the last few years, in response to the many queries we have had from gardeners who are looking for tools to make gardening easier, we have added some enabling tools that will help you reach further, bend easier, lift higher, prune longer - all with less strain and stress.

Gardenscape is a family owned and run company since 1998. We are not part of any super malls, affiliate programmes (where you're buying from the same main site with different storefronts) or groups of companies. The items you see on these pages and in our full colour catalogue are carried in our own warehouse and are shipped from one location. You can be assured that you are dealing with one company when you contact Gardenscape. All of the products we carry are ones that we or our friends and family have used and find valuable additions to our tool sheds. We stand behind their quality with our Guarantee.

For the past 10 years we've operated a retail storefront in Toronto's lovely Beach community, right by Lake Ontario. This spring we made the difficult decision to close our storefront and concentrate on our mail order business. We've found that for most of our customers we are a virtual store anyway and no matter what the weather in Toronto, people are gardening somewhere and they need our tools! In April we moved our warehouse and mail order facility to a brand new condo building (still in the Beach area) where we'll endevour to continually improve our mail order fulfillment. Our two dogs, a beautiful Golden Retriever called Dusty and an energetic, protective German Shepherd named Fry, will continue to patrol the facilities just like they did at the store.

The internet has grown so much since we launched our initial website in 1998. Today more than ever before, people have privacy concerns particularly when ordering on the internet. Your privacy is important to us. Just click on our Privacy Statement to see where we stand on this issue.

We are constantly adding to our product lines from the finest and most reliable companies around. Over the past couple of years we have travelled to Vancouver, Canada, Chicago, Las Vegas, USA and Birmingham, England to visit the international trade shows and make new contacts. As well, we are always sourcing from the many manufacturing companies and importers across Canada and the US and closer to home in Ontario. Gardenscape is proudly Canadian. Canadian customers can order from our Canadian shopping site in our own currency.

To meet the needs of our US customers since 2001 we have set up US dollar merchant accounts and can now charge in US dollars. No more conversion tables! We offer a practical and beautiful line of Gifts for Gardeners and gift service for our customers. We can deliver your gift to a gardening friend or colleague across the country. Please see our Gift page as a starting point for choosing the perfect gift to send. When you place an order, we try to be reasonable with the time frame required for delivery. For example we won't promise to get it to mom in Texas on Friday for Mother's Day Sunday if you're calling on Wednesday. We can't do it in that short of time and if we promise something we can't deliver then we look bad and you won't be happy. So please give us enough time to get it to the person on your list for that special occasion and we guarantee they'll love your thoughtfulness.
